Desired Candidate Profile
- 6-10 years of experience in an HRBP role or similar position within the internet industry.
- Strong understanding of HR policies, procedures, and regulations relevant to India's employment laws.
- Excellent stakeholder management skills with ability to build robust relationships with senior leaders across multiple functions.
