Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Neo4j Application Support Engineer to troubleshoot, optimize, and support critical business applications powered by graph databases. The ideal candidate will act as an SME, lead technical decisions, and collaborate with multiple teams to ensure system stability and business continuity.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead troubleshooting and resolution of complex Neo4j issues.
• Perform root-cause analysis and implement corrective actions.
• Monitor system performance, logs, and metrics to identify issues.
• Optimize Neo4j queries and database performance.




• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders on critical incidents.
• Mentor team members and drive knowledge sharing.
• Develop scripting/automation to improve support efficiency.
• Support Neo4j integration with enterprise applications.

Required Skills

5+ years of hands-on Neo4j experience
Strong knowledge of graph database architecture
Neo4j troubleshooting & performance optimization
Query optimization and database monitoring
Log/metric analysis and incident management
Enterprise system integration experience
Scripting and automation skills
Strong leadership and stakeholder management

Education: 15 years of full time education required.
