Key Responsibilities

- Understand project requirements, technical specifications, and customer expectations.
- Support the development and delivery of engineering or technology solutions based on project needs.
- Collaborate with engineering, software, testing, and cross-functional teams to achieve project objectives.
- Analyse technical requirements and contribute to effective and practical solutions.
- Prepare and maintain relevant technical documentation, reports, and project deliverables.
- Participate in design reviews, technical discussions, testing, validation, and troubleshooting activities.
- Identify technical issues and contribute to root-cause analysis and timely resolution.
- Ensure assigned deliverables meet defined quality, performance, and project timelines.
- Follow established engineering processes, development standards, and documentation practices.




- Coordinate with team members and stakeholders to communicate progress, challenges, and dependencies.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives across processes, tools, and project execution.
- Stay updated with relevant technologies and develop recent skills based on project requirements.
- Take ownership of assigned tasks and work effectively with minimal supervision.

What Makes You a Great Fit
- 2+ years of relevant professional experience in engineering, IT, software, embedded systems, VLSI, or a related technical domain.
- Strong technical fundamentals and the ability to understand and work with project-specific requirements.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills with a structured approach to troubleshooting.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering accurate, high-quality work.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional and geographically distributed teams.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
- Proactive attitude with a willingness to learn new technologies, tools, and processes.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, project-driven environment.
- Comfortable taking ownership of assigned responsibilities and meeting deadlines.
- Exposure to global customer projects or engineering services environments will be an advantage.
- A degree or diploma in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, Electronics, or a related discipline is preferred.
