Job Overview

We are seeking an energetic, detail-oriented Graduate Engineer Trainee to join our Engineering & Maintenance team. In this role, you will work closely with senior engineers to assist in the preventive maintenance of plant utility machinery, manage instrumentation and automation systems, and maintain engineering documentation. This is an ideal entry-level opportunity for a motivated engineering graduate to gain hands-on technical and operational experience in a manufacturing plant environment.

Key Responsibilities

Utility & Plant Maintenance Support:

Assist in the execution of daily, weekly, and monthly Preventive Maintenance (PM) schedules for utility equipment, including Air Compressors, Chillers, Air Handling Units (AHUs), Stability Chambers, and core plant machinery.

Support troubleshooting and maintenance of plant instrumentation and automation systems to minimize operational downtime.

Monitor machinery operations, log equipment parameters, and report anomalies to senior maintenance staff.

Engineering Documentation & Compliance:

Assist in updating, preparing, and archiving engineering documents, including Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs),



Piping and Instrumentation Diagrams (P&IDs;), and Single Line Diagrams (SLDs).

Help maintain calibration records and support instrument calibration routines for plant sensors, transmitters, and control systems.

Prepare daily maintenance reports and log sheets in compliance with plant safety and quality standards.

Reporting & Administrative Support:

Create regular maintenance status reports and presentations using MS Excel, MS Word, PowerPoint, and Google Sheets.

Assist in spare parts tracking, inventory management, and vendor follow-ups.

Key Requirements

Education: B.E. / B.Tech in Electrical, Instrumentation, or Electronics Engineering.

Batch / Year of Passing: 2025 or 2026 pass-outs only.

Academic Record: First Class (60% and above or equivalent CGPA).

Technical Knowledge: Basic understanding of electrical systems, utility equipment (AHU, chillers, compressors), instrumentation, P&IDs;, and single-line diagrams.

Software Skills: Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and Google Sheets with valuable presentation skills.
