CTC: Up to ₹4.50 LPA (Sales Role)

Eligibility

Gender: Male

Age: Up to 38 years

Experience: Minimum 1–5 years in Home Loan / LAP / Affordable Housing sales

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Generate Home Loan (HL) & Loan Against Property (LAP) business through DSA and Connector channels
- Build and manage strong relationships with DSAs, connectors, and referral partners
- Source quality loan files and ensure timely login, documentation, and disbursement
- Achieve assigned monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Conduct regular market visits to expand channel network
- Coordinate with internal credit, operations, and legal teams for smooth processing
- Ensure compliance with bank policies and process guidelines
- Maintain MIS, sales reports, and pipeline tracking

Key Skills Required

- Strong sales and negotiation skills
- Positive understanding of HL/LAP products (Affordable segment preferred)
- Ability to build long-term channel relationships
- Result-oriented with strong field sales exposure
