Key Responsibilities

- Meet potential customers and explain Nextera Solar's products and services.
- Generate new leads and identify business opportunities.
- Conduct customer visits across Pune.
- Follow up with prospects and convert leads into sales.
- Achieve monthly sales targets.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Collect customer requirements and coordinate with internal teams.
- Maintain daily reports of customer visits and sales activities.

Eligibility Criteria

- Graduate in any stream.
- Freshers are encouraged to apply.




- Positive communication skills in English, Hindi, or Marathi.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Must own a two-wheeler and possess a valid driving license.
- Willingness to travel across Pune.

Job Requirements

- 100% Field Sales Role.
- Daily customer visits are mandatory.
