We are looking for an Human Resource Executive to manage our company’s recruiting, learning and development and employee performance programs.

Responsibilities

- Freshers with good communication skill & willing to make career in HR can also apply.
- Responsibility include handling full-cycle recruitment, attracting candidates to interviewing and on-boarding.
- Creating JD according to the requirements.

- Posting the requirement in job portals, social media to reach out candidates. Lineup suitable candidates for the interview.
- Arranging the interview with the concerned department.
- Salary negotiation with the shortlisted candidates.
- Maintaining and updating the database of the candidates.
- Keeping track of the shortlisted candidates.
- Issue of offer letter to the shortlisted candidates.
- Follow up with the candidates till joining date.
- Handling the joining formalities, documentation.
- Conducting Induction for the recent joinees.
- Handling campus recruitment.
- Coordinating in employee engagement or learning and development activity.
