Working closely with the Account Lead and Account Director, this role plays a critical part in ensuring operational excellence and delivery consistency. This is a foundational role in the MAG account leadership pipeline.



In 3 Months — Build Execution Foundations Understand client accounts, workflows, and delivery formats Support daily coordination and communication Manage smaller projects and timelines independently In 12 Months — Progress Toward Account Leadership Support Account Leads in managing larger accounts Take on greater ownership of execution and planning Support client communication and coordination Coordinate across creative, content, design, and performance teams Maintain project trackers and execution clarity Assist in campaign planning, execution, and reporting Escalate risks or delays to Account Leads and Directors 2–4 years in account management, client servicing, or agency roles ~ Interest in digital, content, and brand strategy You ensure smooth execution across projects You support client relationship continuity
