Job Title: Meta Ads Specialist Department: Digital Marketing / Performance Marketing Location: Gurgaon Employment Type: Full time Working Days: 6 Days a Week Experience: 5+ Years Job Summary We are looking for an experienced Meta Ads Specialist to manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns across Facebook and Instagram , with a strong focus on lead generation, conversions, customer acquisition, and ROI. Key Responsibilities Plan, execute, and manage Meta Ads campaigns across Facebook and Instagram. Develop campaign strategies based on business goals, target audiences, and customer segments. Manage campaigns for lead generation, conversions, traffic, engagement, and remarketing . Conduct audience research and create effective targeting strategies. Set up and optimize Meta Pixel, Conversions API, and conversion tracking . Monitor and optimize CPC, CPM, CTR, CPL, CPA, ROAS, and conversion rates . Manage campaign budgets and ensure efficient utilization of ad spend. Conduct A/B testing of creatives, ad copies, audiences, placements, and campaign strategies. Coordinate with the creative and content teams to develop high-performing ad creatives and copies. Analyze campaign performance and identify opportunities for improvement. Create regular performance reports and dashboards with actionable insights.



Manage retargeting, lookalike, custom, and interest-based audiences. Troubleshoot campaign, tracking, and performance-related issues. Stay updated with Meta Ads updates, policies, algorithms, and industry trends . Conduct competitor and market analysis to identify new advertising opportunities. Required Skills Strong hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager and Business Manager . Excellent knowledge of Facebook & Instagram advertising. Strong understanding of performance marketing and conversion funnels . Expertise in audience targeting, retargeting, bidding, and campaign optimization. Knowledge of Meta Pixel, Conversions API, GA4, and Google Tag Manager . Strong analytical and data interpretation skills. Proficiency in MS Excel/Google Sheets . Strong understanding of creative testing and ad copy optimization. Ability to manage large advertising budgets and multiple campaigns. Qualification & Experience Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Business, or a related field preferred. 5+ years of hands-on experience in Meta Ads / Performance Marketing . Experience managing high-volume lead-generation and conversion campaigns will be preferred. Proven track record of improving ROI, lead quality, and campaign performance .
