The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in Agency Recruitment Management and a strong grasp of industry trends to inform strategic planning for B2B Sales in the Study Abroad space.Key Responsibilities:- Develop and train education agents to effectively represent and promote the brand.- Source and onboard agents through fairs, business trips, inquiries, referrals, and targeted searches.- Recruit international students through a B2B agency model (experience preferred).- Identify and nurture potential business partners while strengthening relationships with existing clients.- Conduct market and client research and engage with key stakeholders in the education industry.- Confidently deliver presentations, workshops, and host conferences.- Exhibit a strong drive for success and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
