and sales closures.- Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to business growth.- Maintain regular follow-up with existing and prospective customers.- Explore new markets and expand the company's industrial customer base.Eligibility & Requirements- Graduate/Diploma or equivalent qualification.- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in industrial/casting product sales.- Experience dealing with Mining, Steel, Cement, and/or Thermal Power industries.- Strong knowledge of industrial B2B sales and customer handling.- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-management skills.- Willingness to travel for customer meetings and business development.- Candidates with an existing industrial customer network will be preferred.
