You will play a key role in driving operational excellence, vendor performanceandcontinuous improvement across a complex and energetic setting.Key ResponsibilitiesBenefits Operations & DeliveryLead end-to-end advantages operations for US & Puerto Rico, ensuring seamless execution and a consistent employee experienceManage governance metrics, including SLAs, KPIsandcompliance standardsAct as a primary escalation point forteam managingbenefits-related issues across employees and stakeholdersProgram Management & StrategyEvaluate and improve benefits programs to ensure alignment with market trends, regulatory requirementsand global strategyLead annual renewals, vendor transitionsandnew program implementationsSupport enterprise initiatives such as global rollouts, mergers & acquisitionsandtransformation programsVendor & Stakeholder ManagementManage relationships with external vendors, brokersandservice providers to ensure strong performance and accountabilityCollaborate with cross-functional partners including Finance, Procurement, Legal, Tax, Occupational Health,
