The ideal candidate combines strong hands-on technical expertise with architectural vision—building scalable, secure, and intelligent systems using Java, Spring Boot, IBM BAM, Angular, Oracle, Snowflake and AI frameworks.Additional Key ResponsibilitiesDesign and deliver end-to-end, cloud-native solutions leveraging Java Spring Boot, AngularArchitect and integrate high-performance data pipelines across Oracle, Snowflake and associated ecosystems.Lead microservices and API architecture, ensuring scalability, reliability, and best practices.Provide technical leadership, mentorship, and governance across development teams.Drive DevOps automation with CI/CD, Docker, Kubernetes, Jenkins, and GitHub Actions.Enforce enterprise security, performance, and compliance standards.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align business needs with technical strategy.Manage all technology standards across functional area, ensuring development, understanding and adherence around the globe.Provide an environment where Subject Matter Experts can work efficiently and delivery effectively.Manage execution of IT strategy and roadmap for assigned technology area.Apply an in-depth understanding of concepts and procedures within engineering and basic knowledge of those elements in other areas.Responsible for training and coaching team members, performance management activities, monitoring quantity and quality of work,



and addressing development needs for assigned personnel.Qualifications: -12+ years of strong experience in Application Development or systems analysis role.Strong Experience on Architecting Enterprise highly scalable applicationsExtensive experience system analysis and in programming of software applications. Experience in managing and implementing successful projects.Proven engineering experience building robust, scalable, and maintainable applications in the Finance Technology industry.Build, deploy, and test application components in a development environment during the implementation phase working with all layers of the application stack.Work proactively & independently to address project requirements, and articulate issues/challenges with enough lead time to address project delivery risks.Experience working in Financial Services or a large complex and/or global setting. Consistently demonstrates clear and concise written and verbal communication. Comprehensive knowledge of design metrics, analytics tools, benchmarking activities and related reporting to identify best practices. Required SkillsBackend: Java, Spring Boot, Caching, Microservices, Python.Frontend: Angular/React, REST API design.Data & Analytics: Oracle, MongoDB, SQL/NoSQLCloud: ECS, Open ShiftAI/ML: Experience with AI Development tools like Co-Pilot, Claude, Devin AIDevOps: CI/CD, Jenkins, GitHub Actions, Docker, Kubernetes.Security & Performance: OAuth2, JWT, encryption,
