N Experience working on Revenue Sharing / Management Contract deals is a plus N Understanding of CRM tools, Zoho is a plus N Proficiency in MS Office, especially MS Excel and PowerPoint Presentation N Excellent verbal communication skills NnnRoles and Responsibilities : Nn Experience in transaction execution (Client meetings, understanding requirement and specifications, LOI/ATL, Lease Deed, deal closure and LD registration).
