Simplify Home is a luxury residential interior design and execution company based in Hyderabad, creating bespoke interiors for premium apartments, villas, penthouses and NRI homeowners.

Role Description

We are looking for a Sales Specialist to manage qualified enquiries and convert prospective homeowners into Simplify Home clients.

The role involves:

• Engaging with recent leads and understanding their interior requirements, budget and timelines

• Conducting client consultations and presenting Simplify Home’s design and execution capabilities

• Managing follow-ups and maintaining an active sales pipeline

• Preparing and presenting proposals in coordination with design and commercial teams

• Handling client objections, commercial discussions and negotiations

• Driving projects from enquiry to booking and initial payment

• Maintaining accurate lead and sales updates in CRM





• Coordinating with design and execution teams for a smooth client handover

• Achieving monthly sales, conversion and revenue targets

Qualifications

• 3–7 years of experience in Sales / Business Development

• Experience in interiors, real estate, premium furniture, modular kitchens, luxury products or high-value B2C sales preferred

• Strong communication, presentation and negotiation skills

• Excellent relationship-building and follow-up ability

• Comfortable handling premium and high-value clients

• Target-oriented with strong ownership of the sales pipeline

• Experience using CRM systems is preferred
