A venture-backed US health-tech company is looking for a Senior Motion Designer to join its creative team in India and shape high-impact visual experiences across digital, social, product, and advertising.

Your responsibilities

n

n

• Create motion graphics for performance ads, social media, reels, stories, and carousel animations.

n

• Develop product demonstrations, UI motion sequences, and product visualisations.

n

• Build scalable motion templates and systems across formats.

n

• Collaborate from the concept stage to bring static ideas to life through motion.

n

• Edit long-form footage into engaging, platform-native short-form content.

n

• Contribute to motion language through kinetic typography, transitions, data animation, and product motion.

n





• Support CTV and higher-production-value creative as the programme scales.

n

• Manage your production pipeline and deliver multiple assets within sprint timelines.

n

What We’re Looking For

n

n

• Experience in motion design, digital, social, or advertising.

n

• Expert-level After Effects skills are non-negotiable.

n

• Strong proficiency in Premiere Pro or DaVinci Resolve.

n

• Working knowledge of Cinema 4D, Blender, or equivalent 3D tools.

n

• A solid show reel showcasing ad animation, kinetic typography, product motion, and social video.

n

• Ability to work at speed without relying on generic motion presets.

n

• Comfortable handling high-volume production across multiple formats.

n

• Strong sense of timing, pacing, and storytelling through motion.
