We are looking for an Accountant with proven experience in an advertising / marketing / digital marketing agency. The candidate must be well-versed in finance and accounting practices, ensuring compliance and smooth day-to-day financial operations.

Responsibilities

n

n

n
- Handle day-to-day accounting activities and maintain accurate financial records.
n
- Manage TDS, GST filings, reconciliations, and returns.
n
- Prepare and maintain MIS reports, ledgers, and statements.
n
- Ensure proper vendor management, payment processing, and bank reconciliation.
n
- Work on Excel for data analysis, financial reporting, and reconciliations.




n
- Collaborate with internal teams to manage financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting.
n
- Ensure compliance with statutory requirements and assist in audits.
n

Qualifications

n

n

n
- 2+ years of accounting experience in an advertising / marketing / digital marketing agency.
n

n

n

Required Skills

n

n

n
- Strong knowledge of TDS, GST, Excel, and agency finance workflows.
n
- Immediate joiner preferred.
n
- 6 days working (Monday – Saturday).
n

n

n

Preferred Skills

- Strong understanding of agency finance processes (billing, media spends, reconciliations).
n
- Detail-oriented with robust problem-solving and analytical skills.
n
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven agency environment.

Pay range and compensation package

₹40,000 – ₹45,000 per month
