About the Role:

n

We are looking for a talented and experienced Senior Interior Designer to join our design team. The ideal candidate will have a strong eye for aesthetics, excellent technical knowledge, and the ability to lead interior design projects from concept through execution.

n

You will work closely with clients, architects, consultants, vendors, and internal teams to create thoughtful, functional, and visually compelling spaces while ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget.

n

Location: Pune, Mumbai, Gurugram & Noida

Key Responsibilities:

n

n
- Lead interior design projects from initial concept and space planning through design development and execution.
n
- Develop innovative design concepts, mood boards, material palettes, furniture selections, and detailed presentations.
n
- Prepare and review drawings, layouts, elevations, sections, furniture plans, and detailed design documentation.
n
- Conduct site visits and monitor design implementation to ensure alignment with approved concepts and drawings.
n
- Select materials, finishes, furniture, fixtures, lighting, and accessories while maintaining design quality and project budgets.
n
- Present design concepts and proposals confidently to clients and incorporate feedback effectively.
n
- Manage multiple projects and prioritize deliverables according to timelines and project requirements.
n




- Review design drawings and deliverables to ensure accuracy, consistency, and adherence to design standards.
n
- Stay updated on emerging trends, materials, technologies, and best practices in interior design.
n
- Support project estimation, budgeting, procurement, and vendor coordination when required.
n

Requirements:

n

n

n
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
n
- 1-5 years of professional experience in interior design, preferably with experience handling projects independently.
n
- Strong proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3D visualization/rendering software, Adobe Creative Suite , or equivalent design tools.
n
- Strong understanding of space planning, materials, furniture, lighting, finishes, and construction details.
n
- Excellent knowledge of design development and interior execution processes.
n
- Strong communication, presentation, and client-management skills.
n
- Ability to manage multiple projects, deadlines, and stakeholders effectively.
n
- Strong attention to detail, creativity, and problem-solving skills.
n
- A robust portfolio demonstrating completed interior design projects is required.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Experience in residential, commercial interior projects.
n
- Experience managing projects from concept to site execution.
n
