Urgent Hiring || Area Sales Manager || Guwahati Location || Location- Guwahati Profile-– Area Sales Manager (FMCG | General Trade) experience- 5+ years Ctc- upto 8-10 lpa (depends on interview) working days – 6 days Key Responsibilities: Achieve monthly and annual sales targets for the assigned territory Appoint, manage, and develop distributors and key retailers Ensure effective distribution, visibility, and merchandising Plan and execute trade schemes and promotional activities Monitor competitor activity and market trends Track collections, stock levels, and primary/secondary sales Requirements: Proven experience in FMCG general trade sales Strong distributor and channel management skills Positive communication and negotiation abilities Willingness to travel within assigned territory Graduate degree preferred Preferred Experience: 5–10 years in FMCG sales, preferably in general trade channels Qualification- MBA
