Job Summary

Maximus Events is seeking an experienced and dynamic Senior Manager – Client Servicing to manage key client relationships and ensure seamless account handling across projects. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of the event management ecosystem, brand communication, and client expectations, with a proven ability to deliver high-quality service across large-scale projects and accounts.
The role requires a solution-driven professional who can independently manage client requirements, coordinate effectively with internal teams, and support the growth of long-term client partnerships in a quick-paced and creatively driven environment.

Key Responsibilities

· Manage assigned client accounts, ensuring seamless communication, project alignment, and strong relationships across all touchpoints.
· Serve as a key point of contact for clients, understanding their requirements and providing effective solutions aligned with brand and campaign objectives.
· Work closely with internal departments—including Creative, Business Development, Production, and Operations—to ensure timely and effective execution of event plans.
· Manage end-to-end client delivery, from brief understanding and proposal development to execution and post-event feedback.
· Support and guide account managers/executives, ensuring clear delegation, timely follow-ups, and a culture of ownership and accountability.
· Identify opportunities for repeat business, upselling, and cross-selling while nurturing long-term client relationships.




· Provide strategic and audience-centric inputs to ensure event outcomes meet or exceed client expectations.
· Contribute to pitch presentations, proposals, and client onboarding processes while ensuring brand consistency and service excellence.
· Stay updated on industry trends and client sectors to anticipate requirements and offer relevant and innovative solutions.
· Support the development and implementation of servicing SOPs and review client feedback to improve efficiency and satisfaction.
· Ensure timely project updates, internal coordination, and resolution of client concerns or operational challenges.
· Manage multiple projects and timelines while maintaining quality, attention to detail, and client satisfaction.

Key Requirements

· 6–9 years of experience in client servicing/account management roles in an event management, experiential marketing, or activation agency.
· Proven experience in independently managing key client accounts and medium-to-large-scale event campaigns.
· Strong interpersonal skills with a demonstrated ability to build relationships and support client retention.
· Strong project management, delegation, and time management skills.
· Ability to handle high-pressure timelines and coordinate effectively with multi-functional teams using a calm, solutions-first approach.
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including presentation and negotiation ability.
· Tech-savvy with working knowledge of CRM tools, project tracking software, and Microsoft Office suite (especially PowerPoint and Excel).

Preferred Qualifications

· Bachelor's degree in Mass Communication, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
· Experience in handling MICE, corporate conferences, brand launches, or IP events.
· Exposure to digital integrations, ROI-based client delivery, and audience engagement metrics.
