Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Business Development Manager role based in Chennai. The Business Development Manager will identify and pursue new business opportunities, build and maintain robust relationships with clients, and develop strategies to expand the company’s market presence. Daily responsibilities include prospecting potential customers, preparing and delivering sales presentations and proposals, negotiating contracts and commercial terms, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and service delivery. The role also involves monitoring market trends, analyzing competitor activity,



preparing regular sales and pipeline reports, and contributing to revenue forecasts. The Business Development Manager will collaborate closely with leadership to refine go-to-market plans and support key initiatives that drive growth and customer satisfaction.
Demonstrated experience in business development, sales, or account, preferably in a related industry.
Excellent communication,, and interpersonal skills, with proficiency in English and Tamil.
Comfort working on-site in Chennai and across Tamil Nadu and collaborating with cross-functional teams such as operations, finance, and customer support.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Management, or a related field; a postgraduate qualification (MBA or equivalent) is a plus.
Familiarity with CRM tools, MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word), and basic analytics for tracking performance metrics.
