Lead – Oracle Primavera Unifier

Job Type: Contract | Location: Remote

We are seeking an experienced Project Management Lead with solid expertise in Oracle Primavera Unifier to lead end-to-end program and project delivery, ensuring successful execution, stakeholder alignment, and achievement of business objectives.

Key Responsibilities - Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of programs and projects. - Define project scope, objectives, timelines, and deliverables. - Track project progress and ensure schedule, quality, and budget adherence. - Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) and manage cross-functional teams. - Collaborate with business stakeholders and contribute to strategic decision-making. - Identify project risks and develop effective mitigation strategies. - Optimize resource allocation and project schedules across complex initiatives.



- Facilitate stakeholder communication and provide regular project status updates. - Resolve project challenges and drive continuous improvement initiatives. - Mentor junior team members and support team capability development.

Required Skills - 7.5+ years of hands-on experience in Oracle Primavera Unifier. - Strong knowledge of project lifecycle management and delivery methodologies. - Experience managing large-scale programs and cross-functional project teams. - Expertise in stakeholder management, risk management, and resource planning. - Strong proficiency in project tracking, reporting, and schedule optimization. - Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
