Position: Sales Manager

n

CTC: Up to ₹3.45 LPA + Attractive Incentives

n

Experience: 2+ Years in Field Sales / BFSI Sales

n

Your Role

n

• Drive sales and business development in the assigned territory.

n

• Generate and convert new business opportunities.

n

• Develop strong relationships with customers and business partners.

n

• Plan and execute market visits and sales activities.

n

• Achieve monthly sales targets and improve overall business performance.

n

• Identify new markets and opportunities for business expansion.

n

• Maintain regular sales reports and follow-up activities.

n





What We’re Looking For

n

• Graduate candidates.

n

• 2+ years of relevant Field Sales experience.

n

• Strong communication and negotiation skills.

n

• Good customer relationship management abilities.

n

• Self-motivated and comfortable working with sales targets.

n

• Candidates with BFSI, Banking, Insurance, FMCG, Telecom, or other Field Sales experience are welcome.
