About the Role

We are looking for an energetic and target-driven Business Development Executive to generate qualified leads, connect with potential clients, and schedule sales meetings. The ideal candidate should have solid communication skills, confidence in outbound calling, and the ability to build relationships with prospects.

Key Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to potential B2B customers and introduce company services.
- Generate and qualify leads through cold calling, databases, LinkedIn, and online research.
- Understand customer requirements and identify business opportunities.
- Schedule qualified meetings and appointments for the sales team.
- Build rapport with prospects and handle objections professionally.
- Follow up with interested leads and maintain regular communication.
- Maintain accurate lead and customer information in the CRM.
- Track calls, leads, follow-ups, meetings, and conversions.




- Achieve daily and monthly calling and lead-generation targets.
- Work closely with the sales team and Team Lead to support business development activities.

International Calling

- Handle outbound calls across international markets including APAC, ANZ, EMEA, LATAM, MEA, and AMER.
- Communicate professionally with international clients and decision-makers.
- Understand different time zones and international business communication standards.
- Handle objections and build relationships with overseas prospects.

Skills Required

- Strong lead-generation and objection-handling skills.
