Art Directors- (Across Levels)

Location: Gurugram (Onsite)

Experience: 2–8 Years

Key Responsibilities:

* Develop and execute creative concepts across digital, social, and integrated campaigns

* Translate strategic briefs into compelling visual narratives and campaign ideas

* Create high-quality key visuals, layouts, presentations, and brand assets

* Collaborate with Copywriters, Strategists, and Creative Leads to deliver impactful creative solutions

* Ensure consistency in visual language, brand identity, and design excellence across all touchpoints

* Guide and oversee creative execution from concept through final delivery

* Stay updated on design trends, culture, and emerging creative formats

Requirements:

* 2–8 years of experience in Art Direction, Graphic Design,



or Creative Design roles

* Robust conceptual thinking and visual storytelling abilities

* Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign); knowledge of After Effects is a plus

* Experience working on integrated, digital-first, and social media campaigns

* Strong typography, layout, branding, and design craft skills

* Ability to present and articulate creative ideas effectively

* Prior advertising agency experience preferred

* Portfolio showcasing campaign work, branding, and visual design is mandatory
