We are hiring for TOP MNC for Technical Account Manager(TAM)- Supply-chain/Where-house/Logistic domain.

Location - Bangalore

n

Experience - 4 - 10 Years

n

Salary- Max 15- 18LPALPA

n

Notice Period - Immediate - 15Days max.

n

Shift - Flexible to work in shifts (3PM: 12AM & 5PM - 2AM Both)

n

Please Note- Need to be flexible work from office all 5 Days.

n

Qualification- Graduate and postgraduate

n

Skills Required

n

• 3+ years in client-facing roles (e.g., delivery or Enterprise Product/Application Support)

n

•Must have experience in Java/JavaScript

n

• Familiarity with technologies such as SQL and JSON is a plus.

n

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

n

• Solid understanding of SaaS technology and deployment methodologies.

n

• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

n

• Ability to adapt to client environments and work cultures.

n

• Empathetic, patient, and solution-oriented mindset.

n

• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

n

n

1) User Onboarding:

n

o Guide new users through the onboarding process, ensuring a smooth transition.

n

o Coordinate account setup and configuration,



providing initial support and resources.

n

2) User Adoption:

n

o Engage with clients to proactively drive product adoption through tailored strategies,

n

resources, and best practices.

n

3) Training Coordination:

n

o Plan, schedule, and deliver training sessions for users, both in-person and virtually.

n

o Create and maintain training materials, ensuring they are up-to-date and accessible for

n

clients.

n

4) Support Coordination:

n

o Serve as the primary point of contact for client inquiries, providing timely and accurate

n

responses.

n

o Serve as the primary technical contact for assigned clients, performing routine

n

maintenance and troubleshooting.

n

o Collaborate with internal support teams to resolve user issues and escalate complex

n

inquiries as necessary

n

5) Documentation and Reporting: o Maintain detailed records of client interactions and support requests. o Prepare reports on user engagement, feedback, and training effectiveness for management review.
