Way2MBA is a specialist online MBA admissions counselling firm, helping working professionals across India choose and enrol in the right online/distance MBA programs from top universities (Manipal, Amity, LPU, Jain, Chandigarh University, UPES, and more). We're building a counselling-first model — not a call-centre sales floor — where advisors genuinely guide students to the right program fit.

What You'll Do

- Counsel inbound leads (calls, WhatsApp, walk-ins) on online/distance MBA options — specializations, university accreditation (UGC-DEB/NAAC/NBA), fee structures, and career outcomes
- Understand each candidate's profile, work experience, and goals to recommend the right university-program fit — not just the highest-commission option
- Run structured follow-up cadences (calls + WhatsApp drip sequences) to move leads through the pipeline within defined SLAs
- Maintain accurate, up-to-date records in CRM at every pipeline stage
- Hit individual enrolment targets while maintaining transparency and trust with candidates
- Stay current on partner university offerings, fee changes,



and admission cycles

What We're Looking For

- 1–3 years of experience in online/distance MBA counselling or education sales (candidates from College Vidya, Hike Education, Jaro Education, Collegedunia, upGrad, or similar backgrounds strongly preferred)
- Proven track record of consistent monthly enrolment/conversion numbers
- Strong verbal communication in Hindi/English (regional language skills are a plus depending on team)
- Comfortable with CRM tools, WhatsApp Business, and structured follow-up processes
- Consultative selling mindset — someone who counsels, not just pitches
- Self-driven, target-oriented, and comfortable in a rapid-scaling startup environment
