Key Responsibilities

- Conduct English language and spoken-English training sessions.

- Develop lesson plans, activities, and training materials.
n
- Improve learners’ speaking, listening, reading, writing, grammar, and vocabulary skills.
n
- Conduct role plays, group discussions, presentations, and conversation activities.
n
- Assess learners’ performance and provide constructive feedback.
n
- Track learner progress and prepare periodic assessments/reports.
n
- Adapt teaching methods according to different learner levels.
n
- Create a positive, interactive, and confidence-building learning environment.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- B.A. or M.A. in English from a recognized university.
n
- Excellent command of spoken and written English.
n
- Strong pronunciation,



grammar, vocabulary, and communication skills.
n
- Positive presentation and classroom-management abilities.
n
- Ability to engage learners and explain concepts clearly.
n
- Comfortable training individuals and groups.
n
- Prior experience in English training, soft-skills training, or teaching is preferred.

Preferred Skills

- Experience with Spoken English, IELTS, PTE, Business English, or Personality Development training.

- Strong interpersonal and facilitation skills.

- Familiarity with online teaching tools and digital learning platforms.
