Job Description We are looking for a proactive and target-driven Telesales Specialist to convert leads into customers, drive product sales, and build lasting customer relationships through outbound calling and consistent follow-ups. Key Responsibilities - Make outbound calls to leads, website inquiries, and cart abandoners to convert them into paying customers. - Explain product benefits and recommend the right pack size/plan based on customer needs. - Convert one-time buyers into monthly subscribers. - Follow up on orders, including COD orders,



to confirm orders and reduce cancellations and returns. - Handle customer queries related to ingredients, usage, delivery, and payment. - Re-engage inactive customers and drive repeat purchases. - Cross-sell and upsell related products wherever relevant. - Maintain accurate call logs and lead records in the CRM. - Respond to customer inquiries through phone, email, and chat. - Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets. Candidate Requirements - 1–3 years of experience in Telesales, Inside Sales, or Customer Service with a sales component. - Fluent in Hindi – Mandatory. - Excellent verbal communication skills in English – Mandatory. - Strong persuasion, negotiation, and objection-handling skills. - Comfortable making a high volume of calls daily. - Basic knowledge of CRM tools and MS Office/Excel. - Self-motivated, target-driven, and customer-focused. - Good interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
