Summary

PTR Global is seeking a Sales Manager to lead net-new client acquisition for our Technology Services business. This individual will develop relationships across the technology implementation partner ecosystem and generate opportunities within AI and Data, Cloud, Infrastructure and Security, and Enterprise Applications. The Sales Manager will own the sales motion, pipeline-development strategy, operating cadence, and performance standards for this market.

Job Description

- Lead the net-new-logo sales strategy for PTR Global’s Technology Services offerings.
- Develop relationships with technology implementation partners, prospective clients, and key decision-makers across target markets.
- Build and execute partner-focused sales strategies across AI and Data, Cloud, Infrastructure and Security, and Enterprise Applications.
- Identify market triggers, implementation opportunities, and organizations with emerging technology-services needs.
- Partner with sales leadership to develop target-market strategies, messaging, campaigns, and account priorities.
- Establish sales playbooks, ideal customer profiles, outreach workflows, and execution standards.
- Manage pipeline-generation KPIs, productivity, quality, and overall sales performance.
- Lead the onboarding, training, coaching, and performance management of assigned team members and digital sales agents.
- Direct day-to-day sales operations, workload prioritization, resource allocation, and execution cadence.
- Leverage AI-enabled tools, market intelligence,



and demand-generation resources to expand pipeline and improve sales effectiveness.

Requirements

- Demonstrated success generating net-current business within technology services, professional services, consulting, or a related industry.
- Strong knowledge of complex B2B sales cycles, pipeline development, buyer personas, and demand-generation strategies.
- Experience selling through or developing relationships within technology implementation partner ecosystems.
- Familiarity with one or more relevant technology areas, including AI and Data, Cloud, Infrastructure and Security, or Enterprise Applications.
- Proven ability to develop sales playbooks, target-account strategies, messaging, and scalable outreach processes.
- Experience managing sales performance, KPIs, operating cadence, and pipeline quality.
- Strong leadership, coaching, communication, and cross-functional partnership skills.
- Ability to use market intelligence, automation, and AI-enabled sales tools to identify and pursue growth opportunities.
