We are looking for a Technical Account Engineer to work directly with our European clients, providing technical account management and project support. Working remotely from India as an extension of the client's team, you'll be their key point of contact — managing automotive projects, handling technical queries, and building strong relationships. Strong communication and ownership are as important as technical skill.

Key Responsibilities

- Act as the key point of contact for the client on technical and project matters
- Manage projects from enquiry through to delivery — timelines, updates, and coordination
- Understand client requirements and provide technical support and solutions
- Prepare and support quotations, RFQs, and technical proposals
- Join regular client calls, present updates, and build strong working relationships
- Track project progress, anticipate issues, and keep everything on schedule
- Support business development — identify opportunities and help grow the client account

Required Skills and Experience

- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent
- 5 years in technical account management, project engineering, or application engineering




- Background in plastics / injection moulding and/or automotive manufacturing
- Proven experience working in an English-speaking environment with direct customer interaction
- Excellent spoken and written English — this is a hard requirement, as the role is client-facing with European customers
- Solid coordination and organisational skills — able to manage multiple projects at once
- Comfortable reading technical drawings and understanding manufacturing processes
- Confident, professional communicator who can represent the company to clients

Preferred Skills

- Experience working with European or international clients
- Exposure to sales, business development, or account management
- Understanding of tooling, moulds, fixtures, or automation
- Familiarity with project management tools and CAD basics
