About the Role We are seeking a Regional Sales Manager who will lead and manage a team of Business Development Managers to drive large-scale acquisition and activation of Authorized Persons (APs). This role will be responsible for defining and executing regional sales strategies aligned with organizational objectives. You will play a critical leadership role in scaling Jainam’s distribution network and ensuring consistent achievement of regional targets. Responsibilities : Lead, mentor, and manage the team of Business Development Managers Define and execute regional sales strategy aligned with organizational goals Set monthly, quarterly,
