We are looking for dedicated individuals to join our team as Pickers and Packers. This role is essential for ensuring that our products are accurately picked and packed for delivery. The position is based in Howrah and is open to freshers who have completed at least their 10th grade.

Key Responsibilities:

- Order Picking: Accurately locate and select items from the warehouse according to order specifications, ensuring that the right products are chosen. Attention to detail is crucial in this task.

- Packing Orders: Safely pack items into boxes or containers, ensuring they are secure to prevent damage during transit. Efficient packing helps maintain product quality for our customers.

- Labeling Packages: Clearly label all packages with the correct shipping information, making it easier for delivery personnel to identify and deliver the order without confusion.

- Inventory Management: Assist in maintaining proper stock levels by reporting low inventory to supervisors. This ensures that we always have sufficient products available for orders.

- Workplace Cleanliness:



Maintain a clean and organized workspace to promote safety and efficiency. A tidy environment helps prevent accidents and enhances productivity.

Required Skills and Expectations:

Candidates must be male, as this role requires adherence to specific operational guidelines. You should be punctual, able to work full time, and physically fit to handle lifting and moving products. A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and the ability to work efficiently in a team are essential for success in this role.
