Key Responsibilities

- Manage calendars, meetings, appointments, and schedules.
- Coordinate emails, calls, follow-ups, and internal/external communications.
- Prepare and organize reports, presentations, documents, and meeting notes.
- Track tasks, deadlines, and follow-ups to ensure timely completion.
- Coordinate with internal teams, clients, and external stakeholders.
- Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
- Assist with travel arrangements, meetings, and other administrative tasks.
- Conduct basic research and prepare summaries when required.




- Support leadership with day-to-day operational and organizational activities.
