We are looking for a technically inclined Support Executive to handle international customers , resolve their queries through calls/messages/emails, and contribute to new customer acquisition and business growth .

• Handle international customer calls, messages and emails during the night shift.
n
• Understand and resolve customer queries related to the online platform/service.
n
• Provide basic technical support and troubleshooting to customers.
n
• Escalate technical issues to the appropriate team and follow up until resolution.
n
• Make cold calls and outbound calls to acquire recent customers.
n
• Generate leads through calls, emails and online outreach .
n
• Follow up with prospects and maintain customer/lead information.
n
• Support marketing, customer engagement and branding activities .
n
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth customer service.
n

• Technical/IT background is preferred.
n
• Excellent spoken and written English communication .
n
• Comfortable handling international customers over voice calls .
n
• Strong problem-solving and customer-handling skills.
n
• Comfortable with cold calling, lead generation and follow-ups .
n
• Basic understanding of software, websites, applications or technical troubleshooting .
n
• Knowledge of marketing and branding will be an added advantage.
n
• Basic accounts/accounting knowledge will be an added advantage.
n
• Comfortable working independently during night shifts .
n
• Graduate in BCA, B.Tech, B.Sc. (IT/CS), BBA, B.Com or a related field preferred.
