About the Role :

We’re looking for someone who can do more than write great copy.

You’ll be expected to own the creative thinking for campaigns, work closely with business and marketing stakeholders, and help raise the overall quality of creative output. You should be equally comfortable cracking a campaign idea, presenting it to senior stakeholders, and guiding other writers to make the work sharper.

What You’ll Do :

- Own copy and creative thinking across campaigns, digital ads, social media, films and other brand communication.
- Translate business and marketing briefs into strong creative ideas and communication.
- Partner closely with marketing, business, product and design teams to take campaigns from brief to execution.
- Present creative ideas and confidently explain the thinking behind them to senior stakeholders.
- Manage multiple stakeholders,



incorporate feedback intelligently and drive projects towards closure.
- Mentor and guide junior copywriters, review their work and help improve the overall creative quality of the team.
- Take ownership of timelines and creative deliverables across multiple briefs simultaneously.
- Help build and maintain a distinctive, consistent NoBroker brand voice.
- Stay plugged into culture, advertising and consumer trends to constantly bring fresh ideas to the table.

What We Expect :

- 8 – 10 years of relevant experience, preferably with a strong advertising agency background.
- A strong portfolio demonstrating campaign thinking, copywriting and conceptual ability across formats.
- Experience independently owning campaigns from brief to final execution.
- Strong stakeholder management and presentation skills.
- Prior experience mentoring or managing copywriters/creative team members.
- Ability to balance great creative work with business objectives.
- Someone who can challenge a brief when required, but also knows how to align teams and get work shipped.
- Sharp writing, strong creative judgement and an obsession with making communication better.
