Responsibilities Develop and maintain detailed structural BIM models for buildings, industrial facilities, infrastructure, and other construction projects. Create and modify 3D models of structural elements including foundations, columns, beams, slabs, walls, trusses, and steel structures. Hands on experience in reinforcement modelling and detailing. Generate construction drawings, shop drawings, and documentation from BIM models. Coordinate structural models with architectural, MEP, and civil disciplines. Perform model quality checks to ensure compliance with project standards and BIM execution plans.



Participate in clash detection and model coordination meetings. Extract quantities, schedules, and reports from BIM models. Support engineers in preparing design deliverables and project documentation. Maintain model version control and project data management. Ensure compliance with company BIM standards, client requirements, and industry best practices. Collaborate with project teams to resolve design and coordination issues. Assist in implementing BIM workflows and continuous improvement initiatives. Qualifications 3 – 10 years of experience in structural BIM modelling. Experience working on residential, commercial, industrial. Familiarity with structural drawings and construction documentation. Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in: Civil Engineering Structural Engineering Proficiency in: Autodesk Revit Navisworks Work location - Bangalore
