Role Description The Sales Executive role is a full time, on-site position based in Ahmedabad. The Sales Executive will identify and pursue new business opportunities, build and maintain relationships with clients in the healthcare recruitment space, and present Techtwins Infoservices’ service offerings to prospective partners. Daily responsibilities include managing sales pipelines, conducting client meetings and presentations,



negotiating proposals and contracts, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and service delivery. The role also involves tracking market trends, preparing regular sales reports, and meeting defined revenue and performance targets. The Sales Executive is expected to represent the company professionally and contribute to long-term client satisfaction and retention.
Strong sales and business development skills, including lead generation, prospecting, and closing deals.
Experience in client relationship management and account management, preferably within staffing, recruitment, or healthcare services.
Comfort with basic CRM tools, MS Office applications, and data-driven decision-making.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
Fluency in English and local languages, and willingness to travel locally for client visits as needed.
