We're a small remote team. You'll have real ownership of your work and see the direct impact on client results.

The Role

We're looking for a Google Ads and tracking specialist who's comfortable inside GoHighLevel.

You'll be responsible for:

- Building, managing, and optimising Google Ads campaigns (keyword research, targeting, ad copy, budget and bid management)
- Setting up conversion tracking that actually works, across Google Analytics, Tag Manager, and client websites and landing pages
- Working inside GHL to connect tracking and make sure leads land in the right pipeline and trigger the right automations




- Diagnosing and fixing tracking issues when data doesn't match up
- Reporting on cost per lead, lead quality, and what to do next

You'll need

- Hands-on Google Ads experience running lead generation campaigns
- Solid GA4 and Google Tag Manager skills, including conversion and event setup
- Working knowledge of GoHighLevel workflows
- Ability to connect up tracking inside of WordPress
- The ability to explain performance in plain English and recommend a explicit next step
- Strong written communication and self-management in a remote team

Nice to have

- Agency or performance marketing background
- Google Ads or Analytics certification
- Experience with trade or local service businesses
