Job role: Release/Project Manager

Own end-to-end release management for enterprise endpoint environment, ensuring reliable, low-risk deployments through endpoint management Solutions (WorkspaceONE/Intune) with strong governance, execution discipline, and operational stability.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage full release lifecycle: planning, scheduling, execution, and validation

- Define release windows, rollout strategy, and deployment plans

- Ensure compliance with change management and governance processes

- Drive large-scale deployments (apps, patches, configurations) via endpoint management Solutions (WorkspaceOne/Intune)

- Provide regular status reporting, create & maintain dashboards, and stakeholder communication - Coordinate across Engineering, Support, and Business teams

- Track and manage releases using Jira and related tooling Skills & Experience Required

- Expertise in Program,



Release & Delivery Management

- Leverage AI Tools to accelerate deliverables of Self and Team

- Deep understanding of Agile (Kanban/Scrum)

- Knowledge of EUC environments & device lifecycle

- Experience with Workspace ONE or similar MDM platforms

- Strong governance, change management & risk control

- Hands-on experience with Jira for tracking and release coordination

- Excellent stakeholder management & execution discipline

Valuable to Have

- Application packaging (EUC)

- Windows & macOS environments

- Scripting & automation (PowerShell, Python, Shell)

- Exposure to ServiceNow / deployment / reporting tools

Qualifications

- Bachelors Degree in CS / IT or related field

- 7+ years of experience, including 3–5 years in Program/Release/Delivery manager roles
