Key Responsibilities – Foreign Accounting & Taxation

n

n
- Manage end-to-end accounting and bookkeeping activities, including accurate recording and classification of financial transactions.
n
- Handle General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), invoicing, vendor payments, customer collections, and aging reports.
n
- Perform bank, credit card, vendor, and customer account reconciliations and resolve discrepancies.
n
- Prepare and post journal entries, accruals, prepayments,



depreciation, and other adjusting entries.
n
- Support month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing activities and ensure timely completion of financial records.
n
- Prepare financial statements, including Profit & Loss, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow Statements, MIS, and management reports.
n
- Support payroll accounting, payroll reconciliations, and maintenance of accurate financial documentation.
n
- Prepare and review individual, corporate, partnership, and other business tax returns based on applicable requirements.
n
- Handle indirect tax compliance, including Sales Tax, VAT, GST, and other applicable tax filings.
n
- Prepare tax workpapers, supporting schedules, tax computations, and account reconciliations for accurate tax return preparation.
n
- Assist with tax research, tax notices, assessments, and other statutory or regulatory compliance requirements.
n
- Coordinate with clients to collect financial and tax documents, resolve queries, and ensure accounting and tax deliverables are completed within deadlines.
