Job Summary:

n

The Talent Keepers is looking for a Manager – Client Delivery & Business Development to manage end-to-end recruitment delivery for IT and Non-IT clients while driving recent client onboarding for our recruitment consultancy. The role requires strong consultancy experience, client management, team leadership, and a revenue-driven mindset.

Roles & Responsibilities:

Business Development:

n

• Drive new client acquisition, empanelment, and business growth

n

• Generate leads through cold calling, LinkedIn, references, and networking

n

• Conduct client meetings, pitching, and commercial negotiations

n

• Close hiring mandates and ensure quick onboarding of new clients

n

• Maintain and grow existing client accounts through repeat, bulk, and exclusive mandates

n

• Drive monthly revenue, billing, and collection targets

n

• Track BD funnel, client-wise revenue, and billing MIS

n

n

Client Delivery:

n





• Manage end-to-end recruitment delivery for multiple IT & Non-IT clients

n

• Handle requirement intake, JD understanding, and hiring strategy planning

n

• Ensure timely closures as per client SLAs and quality benchmarks

n

• Lead, mentor, and monitor recruiters to achieve team targets

n

• Track delivery metrics, closures, CV ratios, and recruiter productivity

n

• Handle client escalations, feedback, and service improvement

n

• Coordinate with management on revenue, billing, and forecasts

n

• Ensure adherence to consultancy processes, SOPs, and compliance

n

n

Key Skills & Requirements:

n

• Min 5 Yrs of relevant experience in recruitment consultancy (IT & Non-IT staffing)

n

• Proven expertise in new client acquisition, client delivery, and account management

n

• Strong business development and revenue generation skills

n

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management

n

• Hands-on experience with job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn, etc.) and ATS (Ceipal preferred)

n

• Strong leadership and team management skills

n

• Target-oriented and performance-driven approach

n
