We’re hiring a Fractional B2B Sales Manager for Maximizer e-Services Pvt. Ltd.

We work with brands across websites, branding, social media, video, content and digital campaigns. We’re now looking for an experienced sales professional who can help us bring in new B2B clients.

What you’ll do:

- Find and approach relevant companies
- Reach founders, business owners and marketing teams
- Build and manage a sales pipeline
- Follow up with prospects
- Join sales calls
- Help prepare proposals
- Negotiate and close recent business
- Build referral and partner opportunities

What we’re looking for:
- Experience in B2B sales
- Strong preference for experience selling agency, digital, creative, website, branding, marketing or other professional services
- Proven experience sourcing and closing clients
- Comfortable handling deals of ₹50,000+
- Strong communication and follow-up skills
- Able to work independently

This is not a lead-generation-only role.



We are looking for someone who can help turn prospects into paying clients.

Role details:

- Fractional role
- Minimum 2.5 dedicated working days required per week
- ₹25,000 per month fixed
- 10% uncapped commission on every new deal personally sourced and closed
- Commission is paid on revenue collected, excluding GST
- Remote, India-wide
- Bangalore candidates preferred, but not required
- 3-month probation period
- Confirmation after probation based on performance and fit
