JOB DESCRIPTION PSD South -Key Account Manager KAM--Andhra Pradesh & Karnataka Job Title : Key Account Manager Qualification : Diploma - Mechanical, Electrical Experience : 9-15 years Industry : Mining Industry ( Hydraulic Excavators ,Dumpers , Graders Cranes ) Location : Andhra Pradesh Roles & Responsibilities : - Maintenance, Troubleshooting, Exposure to Product Service Support on CE & ME Machines, Leading a Big Team - Erection & Commissioning of new Machines, Machine Condition Monitoring - Upkeep Machine availability guarantee, Spare Parts Planning and Smooth execution of Contracts - To achieve customer satisfaction - To lead and executive FMC / Cost Cap Contract to Mining Equipment to various customers of PSD South - Take proactive Planning of Parts, experience in handling large team and cost optimization - To do periodic monitoring and performance of FMC / Cost Cap Contract - Managing a team of Engineers /skilled technicians /Contract persons - Generate Parts & services Business from Customer as per Potential & Budget set by ZM - Close coordination with customer key persons and build relationship - Achieve business Deliverables like machine availability , invoicing , outstanding etc., - Mentoring & development of Team members Preferred Skills:
