Sphere Tree Analytics is looking for a creative and detail-oriented Art Director who can take ownership of the visual direction of our client projects and help our creative team bring brands to life.

n

In this role, you’ll work closely with our graphic designers and video editors , guiding them to create graphics, videos, reels, and other visual content that aligns with each client’s unique brand identity.

n

What You’ll Do n

n
- Lead and supervise the overall visual style and creative direction of client projects.
n
- Guide graphic designers and video editors on design, video editing, reels, layouts, typography, colors, transitions, and overall aesthetics .
n
- Ensure every creative output is consistent with the client’s brand guidelines, tone, and visual identity .
n
- Review designs, videos, and social media creatives and provide clear, actionable creative feedback.
n
- Translate client requirements and campaign ideas into strong visual concepts.
n
- Maintain consistency and quality across multiple brands and projects.
n
- Stay updated with current design, social media, video, and content trends .
n
- Collaborate with the creative, content, and account teams to ensure ideas are executed effectively.
n
- Help improve the creative team’s processes, quality standards, and overall output.
n

What We’re Looking For n

n
- Strong understanding of branding, visual storytelling,



graphic design, and video content .
n
- A good eye for composition, typography, color, editing style, and aesthetics.
n
- Experience guiding or managing designers, video editors, or other creative professionals .
n
- Ability to understand different brands and develop a distinct visual direction for each one.
n
- Robust communication skills and the ability to give constructive creative feedback.
n
- Ability to manage multiple projects while maintaining attention to detail.
n
- Familiarity with social media formats, especially Instagram Reels, short-form videos, digital campaigns, and branded content .
n
- Previous experience in a creative agency, media agency, advertising agency, or similar environment would be an advantage.
