We are looking for a qualified with strong experience in Business Strategies & Analytics to support data-driven business decisions across Sales, Product, Risk, Broking and Operations

n

Role & Responsibilities:

n

n

n
- Drive business, financial and investment analytics for the Management & Directors Office, covering business performance, profitability, AUM, revenue and key KPIs.
n
- Develop financial models, MIS, dashboards and management reports to support strategic and investment decisions.
n
- Analyze investment portfolios and family office assets , providing insights on asset allocation, performance, risk, liquidity and investment opportunities.
n
- Track business funnels, client activity and product performance to identify growth, cross-sell, retention and wealth creation opportunities .
n
- Evaluate campaigns, pricing, products and investment initiatives through ROI, profitability and impact analysis.
n
- Work closely with Sales, Broking, Product, Finance, Risk, Operations and Technology teams to translate data into actionable business insights.
n




- Provide analytical and financial support for corporate finance, structured/project finance and strategic transactions , along with management and regulatory reporting.
n

Preferred Candidate Profile:

n

n

n
- Qualified CA with 10 to 12+ years of experience in Business Strategy & Analytics, Corporate Finance, Investment Banking, Broking or Financial Services.
n
- The role will be part of the Management & Directors Office , working closely with senior leadership on strategic initiatives, business performance and data-driven decision-making.
n
- Strong expertise in financial analysis, business KPIs, MIS, business analytics and strategic planning , with excellent analytical, communication and stakeholder-management skills.
n
- Advanced proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets and hands-on experience with Power BI, Tableau or similar BI tools .
n
- Working knowledge of Python/R and basic statistical analysis for data interpretation and business insights.
n
- Prior experience in Financial Services/Broking will be preferred.
