We are seeking a fulltime Sr BIM Engineer, with a minimum of 3+ years of work experience. Sr BIM Engineer plays an important role in the digital delivery and digital integration of projects. Using technical experience and excellent skills, He / She will be responsible for developing and maintaining BIM protocols and Execution Plans and other documentation in the project delivery process.

Roles and Responsibilities:

- Manage and coordinate BIM activities across MEP projects to ensure effective model development and timely project delivery.
n
- Develop, update, and maintain BIM workflows, protocols, and standards within the MEP team.
n
- Review and interpret client BIM requirements and assist in preparing and implementing BIM Execution Plans (BEP) for project deliverables.
n
- Ensure adherence to BIM best practices, workflows, and quality standards across all project stages.
n
- Provide technical guidance and support to MEP modelers, ensuring coordination with other disciplines for seamless project integration.
n
- Oversee Revit project setup, manage content libraries, and ensure proper use of templates and standards.
n
- Demonstrate expertise in Revit, including creating, modifying, and managing complex MEP families and systems.
n




- Coordinate multidisciplinary BIM models to ensure design accuracy, clash-free integration, and constructability.
n
- Support the BIM Lead/Coordinator in mentoring and monitoring MEP modelers to maintain productivity and quality.
n
- Conduct quality checks to ensure MEP shop drawings meet project and company standards before submission.
n
- Use Navisworks tools for model review, clash detection, and documentation.
n
- Perform QA/QC reviews of BIM deliverables to verify accuracy, completeness, and compliance.
n
- Drive adoption of BIM best practices and promote continuous improvement and technical excellence within the team.

Key Competencies / Skills:

n

n
- Minimum of 3+ of years’ experience in design, drafting and BIM management on large scale projects.
n
- Proficient in the use of Autodesk Revit and 3D BIM authoring tools.
n
- Experience on using Navis for Coordination.
n
- Should have technical knowledge of MEP services.
n
- Excellent English communication and presentation skills.
n
- Ability to effectively prioritize tasks and solve problems.
n
- Self-motivated and able to take responsibilities.
n
