Fashion Designer — Dora Dori (Jaipur)n

Dora Dori is a modern Indian womenswear brand — where Indian craft meets a global wardrobe. We're backed by Cheer Sagar, a vertically integrated garment manufacturer in Jaipur, which means our designers work a few steps away from the sampling floor and see their sketches become garments in days, not months.

We're looking for a Fashion Designer to help shape our collections end-to-end.

What you'll do n

n
- Own collections from concept to launch — trend research, mood boards, CADs, tech packs, fit sessions and final approvals
n
- Work directly with our in-house sampling, embroidery, printing and washing teams to develop fabrics, prints and finishes
n
- Design with commercial sense — build assortments that balance hero pieces with sellers, and track how styles actually perform
n
- Style and direct product for photoshoots, campaigns and social — you'll be on set, putting the looks together
n
- Partner with merchandising and marketing on pricing,



the launch calendar and the story behind each drop

What we're looking for nn
- 2–6 years designing womenswear, ideally for a D2C or fast-growing retail brand
n
- A degree from NIFT, Pearl or an equivalent design school
n
- Strong sketching plus Illustrator/Photoshop; CLO 3D is a bonus
n
- Real understanding of fabrics, construction and costing — you know what a design will cost before you finish it
n
- A genuine eye for styling: you can take a rack of samples and build a shoot-ready look
n
- Comfortable in a small, fast team where you own your work
n
