About the Role

We are looking for enthusiastic and high-performing CA Freshers who have completed their articleship in the Financial Services domain . The role offers an opportunity to work with leading banks, NBFCs, insurance companies, asset management firms, and other financial institutions across risk, internal audit, compliance, and advisory engagements.

Key Responsibilities

n

n
- Execute Internal Audit, Risk Advisory, Regulatory Compliance, and Process Review assignments for financial services clients.
n
- Perform testing of controls, process walkthroughs, and documentation of observations.
n
- Analyze financial and operational processes to identify risks and control gaps.
n
- Assist in preparing audit reports, presentations, and client deliverables.
n
- Conduct research on regulatory guidelines, industry practices, and emerging risks.
n
- Interact with client stakeholders and support engagement teams in delivering high-quality assignments.
n
- Ensure timely completion of assigned tasks while maintaining quality standards.
n

Eligibility Criteria

n

n




- Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) – Fresher .
n
- Articleship experience in the Financial Services sector (Banking, NBFC, Insurance, Asset Management, Financial Institutions, etc.).
n
- Strong understanding of internal controls, risk management, and audit concepts.
n
- Excellent analytical, communication, and report-writing skills.
n
- Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
n

Preferred Skills

n

n
- Exposure to Internal Audit, Risk Advisory, SOX, IFC, Regulatory Compliance, or Operational Risk assignments.
n
- Robust stakeholder management and problem-solving abilities.
n
- Ability to work in a fast-paced consulting environment.
n

Interview Process

- Face-to-face interview from any Protiviti office is mandatory.
n
- Candidates should be willing to attend in-person assessment/interview rounds.
