About the Role

Capthical Hub Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a highly detail-oriented and motivated Bookkeeper – Australian experience to join our growing team. In this role, you will play a key part in maintaining accurate

n

financial records and supporting the day-to-day accounting operations for our Australian clients. The

n

ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of bookkeeping practices, a proactive approach, and

n

a commitment to delivering high-quality work in a dynamic setting.

Key Responsibilities

n

• Maintain and update accurate financial records using accounting software

n

• Process Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) transactions

n

• Perform bank and credit card reconciliations

n

• Assist in the preparation and filing of BAS, IAS, and other statutory returns

n

• Ensure data accuracy and completeness in financial records

n

• Coordinate with internal teams to resolve discrepancies

n

n

Requirements

n

Qualification:

n





• CA / CMA / CS (Qualified or Dropout), MBA (Finance), M.Com, B.Com

n

n

Experience:

n

• Minimum 1-2 years in australian bookkeeping or accounting

n

n

Skills:

n

• Strong understanding of accounting principles

n

• Good analytical and problem-solving abilities

n

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

n

• Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel)

n

• Ability to work independently and in a team workplace

n

n

Preferred Skills

n

• Hands-on experience with accounting software such as MYOB, QuickBooks Online (QBO),

n

and XERO

n
